SUMMARY
WELL Health’s Professional Services Organization is looking for an experienced, driven Enterprise Project Manager to oversee the successful deployment of WELL Health’s messaging suite.
You will manage WELL Health’s technology roll-out across an Enterprise health system. You will work with multiple external stakeholders (C-level, IT, compliance, etc.), internal teams (Integration, Engineering, and Sales), and one of WELL Health’s partners to project manage the end-to-end process of implementation. You’ll serve as the guide for one of WELL Health’s most strategically important clients, laying the foundation for a long term partnership.
This is an exciting role for someone that is looking for a fast-paced environment, and who is passionate about improving overall patient experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end management of implementation for enterprise clients
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on scope and within budget
- Partner with clients and WELL Health teammates to adjust scope as needed
- Contribute to continuous process enhancement and standardization
- Provide mentorship to entry level team members to help further their careers
REQUIREMENTS
- BA or BS from an accredited 4-year university (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years experience in project management, preferably in SaaS operations
- 3+ years experience with healthcare data, including claims, electronic health records and/or patient-reported data
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, driven individual with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple projects at once
BONUS
- Government experience and security clearance
- Master’s degree in Health Administration or Public Health (or related degree)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Remote work experience
- Startup experience
- Strong knowledge of value based care and population health
LOCATION
WELL Health is headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA. This role is remote and open to anyone currently based in the United States. #LI-Remote
