In this role you will:

• Manage product, orders and operational success for Partnership fulfillment
• Own all operational communication and activity with key Partnership operators
• Root cause and solve the issues for Partner orders that are negatively impacting customers or operations
• Develop systems and processes for creating a world-class Partnership operations program for our unified omni-channel network
• Work with Product and Authentication to define and evolve the standards to ensure a consistent buyer experience and a scalable process
• Partner with BizDev and Product to ensure our partners needs are being met
• Create a usable and functional feedback loop for Operations, Order Management and Biz Dev
• Own the reporting of all related business metrics both internal and partner facing
• Be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Vendor Management or Customer Success
• Experience in scaling business partnerships for mutual success
• Prior success in managing remote process and teams or dropship operations
• Strong Communication and Presentations skills
• Ability to consolidate and analyze data. (Advanced Excel and Sql is a plus)
• A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and you're willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
• Must be available for travel and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed to meet business needs. (all hand on deck during crunch times!!)
