Director, Program Management Office
About the Role
Tebra is looking for an experienced leader to establish and build out a strategic program management function to drive the successful execution of company-wide strategic objectives. This role will work closely with all functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering, Finance and People.
Your Area of Focus
- Establish a new, scalable strategic program management function within Tebra
- Lead a small team of Program Managers
- Ensure strategic objectives and key results are supported by initiatives that have a clear business case, scope, requirements, and expected outcomes
- Drive planning, prioritization, resource allocation and program reviews
- Apply analytical rigor and support development of clear ROI / business cases
- Provide a strategic view across all program activities to assess prioritization and opportunities to optimize and revise prioritization to achieve business goals
- Create and populate dashboards and other reports for senior management
- Monitor progress against plan and company Objectives and Key Results to ensure that we are on track to our goals and objectives and proactively addressing issues
- Contribute to Board communications on the status of key initiatives
- Facilitate the strategic planning process
- Support project teams in balancing strategic objectives with BAU activities to achieve the best project outcomes
- Drive significant changes through the organization while minimizing disruption
- Stay flexible as priorities change over time
Your Professional Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Program Management Director, with a consistent record of successful project deliveries
- Experience leading the delivery of multiple cross-functional and multi-workstream programs in a business environment
- Stakeholder management experience with the ability to create relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners
- Some management consulting experience preferred
- Some experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in the SMB market
- The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, future thinking, self-driven, solution oriented, while tactical with day-to-day execution. This person should also be an eloquent communicator across all levels in the organization, detail oriented, and committed to providing outstanding results every day
