Our technology platform, Dugout, and leading consumer guides engage with in-market consumers to help them purchase the right product or service, including internet connections, TV plans, phone, and security, for their home and business.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic project manager who will champion project management for all design initiatives This highly visible role will be the go-to source design project management, daily communication and planning and will interface with various internal teams such as product, marketing, content operations and technology.

Skills/Attributes Required

Design/LP

• Partner and internal communication on branding and offer promotion
• Manage partner creative review process
• Interface with third-party content creators to ensure high-quality deliverables and edit content as needed
• Identify all landing pages and content that requires updates for design team
• Review and audit web pages for accurate information
• Manage a promo calendar for all brands to keep track of not just upcoming promos but to keep an eye out for expiring promos
• Route new designs and content through internal legal/compliance review and managing this process
• Upkeep live links - website content/wordpress updates
• Once projects are ready and finalized, be able to create tickets in Jira and assign to design team members and ensure designs are accurate once received

Operations

• Learn how to use our internal tool - Dugout
• Aid in ad ops when necessary- offer creation, ringpool/CPID creation, post configuration creation, pixel placements

You should be:

• Thorough in your work
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to understand context enough to make personal judgments during audits
• Extremely detail and process oriented
• Experienced or have a deep interest in online marketing
