Procore is looking for a Customer Success Program Manager to partner with our Revenue Operations, Strategy, and Enablement (ROSE) teams to move proven strategies for account retention and expansion into processes supported with training and enablement of the broader field. 

In this role, you’ll partner with Data Science and ROSE leveraging data to inform and test plays in order to operationalize methods that consistently produce the best results. You’ll be empowered to work with the VP of Customer Success and ROSE to shape your role as Procore business scales our approach to data-driven and informed engagement with customers.

This role reports to the VP of Customer Success and can be based remotely in the US.  We are looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What You’ll Do:

• Work one-on-one with Custom Success Managers and their leaders to strategize on approaches to their books of business to drive positive outcomes
• Attend deal reviews and portfolio reviews as needed, and provide support to execution and success plans to enable successful adoption by the field
• Join customer calls to provide support to CSM and account team members
• Work with Data Science and Revenue Operations to leverage existing data to design and test playbooks that drive customer outcomes and create opportunities for further adoption and expansion
• Collaborate across multiple levels and teams including but not limited to: CSMs, Managers, Directors, VPs, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations for playbooks, process, reporting, and enablement improvements
• Collaborate alongside CSM leadership and ROSE teams to reduce/eliminate redundant or undefined processes and propose Salesforce and other system workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Customer Success experience with a proven track record of achieving results and hitting targets
• BS/BA in business administration or related field preferred or relevant work experience
• Works well under pressure and with ambiguity
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights and be outcome-focused
• Strong interpersonal skills to form effective cross-functional relationships
• Strong organizational skills to manage a project from start to finish
• Proficiency in using front end tableau, and some basic excel formulas
• Curiosity - question asking, discovery
