Why you're important to us:

Reporting to the Shared Services Director, this Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of execution of Business Optimization projects in a fast growing company. This role will require a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives as well as a strong talent for project coordination, success tracking and cross functional delegation. This role will work in close collaboration with the Shared Services Management team and Program Director to provide support to the CS Organization and, eventually, the Kareo Enterprise. Ultimately motivated by the desire to optimize productivity, nurture, and grow program initiatives from inception to successful outcomes, and drive operational and business effectiveness with great quality. 

How you will contribute:

Objectives of this Role

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain, and track success related to strategic program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Drive improvements that continually drive organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance for ideal customer and agent outcomes
  • Align the greater organization and Executive teams on vision, approach, status and outcomes around program initiatives and business improvement needs 
  • Manage and align stakeholders to Risks, Issues, Decisions, as projects within the strategic program portfolio

Daily & Monthly Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, plan, budget, and timing for organizational initiatives
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and adequately plan and manage to success
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
  • Managing and maintaining project plans and first pass success metrics
  • Conducting alignment and read out sessions with stakeholders and cross functional leaders
  • Acting as the advocate and owner of the CS organizational vision in all projects and initiatives for your assigned function

You will stand out with:

  • 5+ years of experience as Program Manager or Operations
  • Experience in Customer Success
  • Experience working with developing companies 
  • Technology company or SaaS experience
