CUSTOMER SUPPORT - FULL-TIME

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Customer Success Managers work with Sales Development Representatives and handle all customer product demonstrations. They work closely with customers to help them get the most from DigiFabster software to grow their business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

PRESENTATION: Demonstrating our software or co-hosting on-line sessions with sales representatives, educating prospects how DigiFabster can address their needs, help with efficiency while offering a timely return on investment. 

SUPPORT: Assisting our DigiFabster customers with technical support matters as they learn to incorporate the tool into their back-office process.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: Support sales team members; help them identify any challenges our customers may be experiencing in their day-to-day business endeavors, educate the team and address all technical questions. 

Report directly to VP Sales in the local office or remotely. 

REQUIREMENTS

●      Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

●      Minimum 2 years of 3D Printing/CNC/sheet metals/Injection molding and CAD Experience

●      Personable, hardworking, autonomous, team player with a positive solution-oriented attitude and excellent customer service skills

●      Strong written and verbal skills; ability to present to ‘C’ level executives, owners and end users alike

●      Strong LISTENING skills; allowing one to hear what the prospective customer is saying (what they need) and assist in a timely professional manner

●      Multitasking ability; able to contribute to a positive environment and work well with team members and customers alike
