As a Culture and Diversity Program Director, you’ll help us achieve our goals of building an inclusive environment and creating and supporting our diverse teams. In order to be a great place to work we must weave diversity, equity and inclusion into the fabric of our culture at PatientPop. Success will be achieved when the majority of PatientPop processes, programs, and activities demonstrate a strong integration of our DEI pillars.


How you will contribute:

  • Create, execute and own PatientPop’s DEI roadmap and strategy.
  • Identify, measure and track the metrics and processes that will help us recognize progress and accountability against our roadmap and OKR’s.
  • Partner with our leadership team to provide subject matter expertise, thought leadership, training, coaching, education and consultancy to drive results. 
  • Work closely with the Executive team to understand business strategy and OKRs, to develop a strategy that aligns our DEI goals with business outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with all teams to ensure diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging are a part of existing and new programs, policies, trianing and practices. 
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to our employee-led resource groups.
  • Partner with our Recruiting Team to identify and drive diversity recruiting efforts. 
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with internal and external audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, community partners and outside organizations to further our diversity efforts.
  • Be PatientPop culture champion and inspiring leader.


You will stand out with:

  • Experience designing, building and leading measurable and scalable diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to weave diversity, equity and inclusion into the company OKR’s strategy. 
  • Familiar with DEI benchmarks and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and influencing leaders with regards to diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Strong project management skills within a strong bias for action.
  • Creative and passionate team player with exceptional communication and collaboration required.
