Job Description

EZ Texting is looking for a detail oriented, passionate, Creative Services Project Manager, who is instrumental in helping us bring creative work to life.

The Creative Services Project Manager will support the overall Creative Marketing team and ensure that marketing, brand, and product assets and campaigns are delivered at the highest possible level, and within clearly constructed and communicated time frames. This individual will be comfortable in managing website project assignments for developers in order to maintain a busy schedule of each designer and developer. He/she will be motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. It is a critical role, supporting and maintaining the Marketing websites for multiple brands. He/she will be working with the Marketing team and other departments, reporting to the Creative Director. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, team-oriented, independent thinker, who is looking to grow their skills, and has a desire to take on exciting new challenges.

It's imperative that this person has a deep understanding and willingness to learn of how the web development team organizes their time, and be able to take on the “product manager” role in assigning all coding projects to the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all creative and programming work is executed on time, on budget and without error.

• Managing resources with tight timelines and personnel constraints. This person has the ability to optimize team usage and prioritize initiatives that generate the greatest impact for the organization.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, as well as provide strategic workflow management.

Skills & Experience

• Experience with managing resources in a creative environment

• Strong multi-tasking skills. Ability to work across several projects with competing deadlines and have the ability to effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize teams and deliverables.

• Gather, plan and execute short- and long-term asset creation across multiple platforms

• Ensure teams communicate effectively across all channels to engage target audiences across diverse demographics
