PayPal Global Revenue Ops and Enablement is looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to deliver impact to our Channel Sales Teams and Partner’s Teams via multimedia channels such as face to face trainings, webinars and digital modules.

PayPal Global Revenue Ops and Enablement is looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to deliver impact to our Channel Sales Teams and Partner’s Teams via multimedia channels such as face to face trainings, webinars and digital modules. 

 

At the root of every sales training and enablement motion, we look to improve the overall channel sales team effectiveness by communicating PayPal's value to current and potential merchants.  The Global Revenue Ops and Enablement team supports the sales motion from identifying and contacting the prospect through successful close and implementation. The successful candidate will be an experienced seller who is passionate about teaching and learning.

 

Scope:

  • Designs, develops and implements channel sales reps and manager learning programs aligned with business priorities.
  • Delivers engaging training programs for channel sales reps, and partner’s sales reps (through partner).
  • Familiar with and can utilize a wide variety of training channels/modalities to achieve training and business objectives, including digital/online modules, live trainings, rep coaching, and snackable learnings.
  • Builds effective business relationships with various groups within the organization including Sales, Product Marketing and Marketing in order to identify training priorities, gather information and define goals for the audience.
  • Implements revisions to course materials as necessary to improve training effectiveness.
  • Builds a strong knowledge of the business, including internal and external trends, and keeps up to date with PayPal business, payments industry and regional nuances.

 

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7+ years Enterprise Sales Rep or sales management experience in technology, preference in FinTech.
  • Experience working with channels partners
  • skills (e.g. solution/consultative selling, storytelling/communication, white boarding, customer development, selling fundamentals); Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience delivering formal or informal learning programs in-person and virtually
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and consulting skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship management and influencing skills at all levels in an organization.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing content and strategies.
  • Fast learner, detail oriented
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Enablement experience with a payment service provider
  • Understanding of QR code payment solutions
