What You'll Do

• Provide functional and technical guidance during the ERP system selection phase
• Serve as project manager during the ERP Implementation phase
• Migrate the organization out of legacy applications and into ERP solutions for core business processes
• Communicate responsibilities, target dates, project status and resource needs
• Manage multiple complex project deliverables to ensure delivery within the prescribed period
• Make decisions and communicate trade-offs and risk; drive key decisions
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for systems and processes including enabling new functionality and integrations to other systems
• Build and customize forms, dashboards, and reportsProvide troubleshooting and support
• Report regularly on project status and provide financial updates
• Document business rules and processes
• Drive organizational adoption of ERP and business transformation initiatives and support the training and on-boarding of the technology and systems

What You'll Need

• Experience leading at least one ERP rollout
• Experience as a team member in at least three ERP rollouts
• 5+ years’ experience as a project manager in any discipline including but not limited to ERP
• Experience as a business analyst
• Experience hiring, building, managing ,and leading technical teams
• Experience managing, communicating and building relationships across teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced organization
• Background in computer science/IT/consulting
• Bachelor's Degree (four-year college) required, Master’s Degree in computer science (supply chain, project management - experience preferred)
