The Role:

The SnackNation Brands team is on a mission to put the best brands in front of their target audience at the right place, at the right time. And to do that, we’re looking to hire a passionate, experienced Sales professional to manage our brands for our new, exciting channels.

The Brands Operations Specialist will own, develop, and manage all Brands sales operations and reporting to help guide all brand placement and curation development. In addition to supporting these initiatives, the Brands Operations Specialist will spearhead cross-functional communication with Operations and Finance as well as own and manage the full Brands sourcing and merchandising calendar.

This role will be pivotal in the development and execution of our sourcing strategies across many departments so strong organizational and communication skills are essential. We’re looking for an experienced Ops Specialist that exemplifies grit without ego and is committed to developing the greatest disruptive platform for CPG brands to reach their target audience. What You'll Do:

  • Management of our snack sourcing model
  • Cross-functional ownership of post-close documentation, payment tracking/reporting, & PO validation
  • Support the Brands Team's master calendar, merchandising calendar, as well as S&D material development
  • New project development and management
  • Expense management, coding, submission, and reporting
  • Coordinate with Operations on all purchasing and receiving activity and
  • Track performance on accurate purchase orders, PO confirmations, & ASN + product receipts at the warehouse
  • Coordinate with Finance on all vendor payments
  • Drive excellence and efficiencies in working cross-functionally with Member Success, Operations, Finance, and Sales.
  • Work harmoniously in a collaborative and transparent cross-functional environment​

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of project management and/or sales operations experience, and a proven record of meeting and exceeding team goals and supporting individuals to improve within their roles
  • SalesForce experience or other similar CRM
  • CPG industry experience a plus/bonus
  • Extensive experience formulating, presenting, and executing team strategy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with understanding of project management principles and processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
