In this role, the focus will be on leading a team of planners and schedulers who develop, commit and analyze the plans and schedules for government and/or commercial programs within Global Services. The ideal candidate will care deeply about the development of our team, have a strong program / project scheduling background including Earned Value Management, have experience in an Agile environment and have a strategic outlook for how program management and specifically planning and scheduling of programs and portfolios can be improved through new techniques, technology and data analytics.This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Position Responsibilities Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Communicate roles and responsibilities to your team all stakeholders
• Assure first time quality of planning and scheduling products and services
• Contribute to the strategy, development and implementation of improved processes and tools for developing, committing and analyzing plans and schedules

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• Earned Value Management experience
• Experience in project management or project scheduling
• Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
• Work experience and/or training in Agile

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• Experience monitoring program and supplier activity to ensure compliance with standards
• Experience architecting business transformation or optimization projects
• Master's degree preferred
