Associate Project Manager

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join us. You will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of launching and growing new innovative brands in the health and beauty space. You will be responsible for maintaining and escalating risks for all product launches
The Associate project managers will assist more experienced project managers in running large, complex projects while running smaller key projects on their own. Under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager, the Associate Project Manager will schedule and conduct project meetings, communicate assignments and expectations to project team members and track completion of project deliverables to ensure quality and integrity of all project-related products.
This person will be an extremely collaborative, analytical, organized, capable of prioritizing projects, establishing a clear vision and rallying cross-functional teammates to achieve results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience working in a Project Management capacity - preferably in an e-commerce or CPG company
- Intense Executive Assistant experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy - experienced with Microsoft and Adobe Suite and Google applications
- Experience with Project Management software is a plus: Hive, Jira, basecamp, etc.
- Ability to plan, communicate, and execute a plan of action while keeping track of all the moving parts
- Highly organized and an exceptional communicator
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to solving problems
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
- Creativity: Strong intellectual curiosity, ability to “think out of the box”
- Ability to carry out projects with multiple stakeholders, and time sensitive deadlines
- Communication skills: Strong written/verbal skills with management, marketing team, x-functional, etc.
- Time management: Effectively manage workload by prioritizing and managing multiple assignments
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Hands-on attitude and HIGHLY motivated, willing to roll-up the sleeves and execute at a very tactical level
- Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with constant change and learning on the fly
- Proficient with content management systems and Google docs, Spreadsheets
- Experience with health and beauty industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of day-to-day tasks, performing proactive identification of potential challenges and ensuring on-time project deliverables
- Help keep all communications and asset deliveries organized and tracked
- Route new projects, feedback through teams for development and implementation
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish
- Manage and communicate project statuses, budgets, needed resources, timelines, and next steps to the team as necessary
- Coordinate between teams to ensure timelines of all deliverables are met.
- Tracking timelines and escalating delays or issues
- Liaising between the Brand/Marketing team and other cross- functional teams
- Helping to identify project and process issues for improvement later down the line
- Ensure all assets properly meet brand objectives and standards while staying within the set budget
