Responsibilities

1. Build and develop relationships with emerging and established artists and managers 2. Support broader Music Partnerships teams 3. Analyze data and performance metrics on content consumption and implement progressive changes to improve overall performance of in-app content. 4. Facilitate day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of music content issues 5. Manage and monitor content 6. Assist in Music Partnerships from ideation, execution, and analysis 7. Drive, measure & analyze performance against key engagement metrics 8. Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with artist contacts to receive information about new music releases 9. Oversee, filter and prioritize music releases, centralizing and communicating information to internal stakeholders whose programs and products are promoting artists 10. Collaborate closely with internal teams on promotional opportunities 11. Facilitate artist / label interaction with other internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Artist Relations, Editorial) 12. Partner with internal label business owners to ensure strategic approach to holistic relationships

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in music programming / community management / media / marketing 2. Excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills. 3. Excellent communications skills 4. Familiar with the digital music eco-system 5. Familiar with using data to produce reports on content performance 6. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn required business systems 7. Proficient in Creative; InDesign, Photoshop, KeyNote 8. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and cultivate relationships 9. Must have a TikTok account 10. Experience in a partner-facing, A&R, or promotion role at a label, artist management and/or digital music company 11. Deep network of personal relationships with labels and/or artists. 12. Vast knowledge of music industry trends across all genres. 13. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships externally and internally. 14. Strong organizational, leadership and analytical skills.
