Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you’ll own the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple clients. You’ll act as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budge,t and to spec. 

This role is equal parts organizer, communicator, and problem-solver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of projects (site builds, redesigns, migrations, feature enhancements, and ongoing optimization).

  • Own project timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading status calls, and managing expectations.

  • Translate business requirements into clear tasks and briefs for designers, developers, and marketers.

  • Create and maintain project plans, sprint boards, and documentation.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers—and proactively resolve themCoordinate internal resources and external vendors as needed.

  • Ensure quality control before deliverables are presented or launched.

  • Track project performance and report on progress, milestones, and outcomes.

  • Continuously improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in an eCommerce or digital agency environment.

  • 3+ years managing Shopify. 

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows (UX, development, QA, integrations, launches).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Experience with project management tools such as  Jira, Notion and Monday.

  • Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid project environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with CRO, paid media, or email marketing teams

  • Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, or ERP systems
