WE ARE TITANIUM HEALTHCARE

Titanium is a healthcare company that puts heart and compassion above all else. Millions of Americans just aren’t getting the medical care they need. We’re on a mission to change that. For patients that means exceptional support and better care. For providers it means better support and time to focus on patients, and for partners that means higher quality and lower cost.

Join us in our mission!

SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for driving the structure, visibility, follow-through, and accountability behind Titanium Healthcare’s key organizational priorities and strategic initiatives. Working across departments and levels of leadership, this role helps ensure that strategic commitments move from discussion to execution and that progress remains visible, measurable, and on track.

The Project Manager serves as a central point of coordination for key organizational priorities and strategic initiatives. This role partners with leaders to pressure test goals and plans, ensure priorities are structured as SMART goals with clear deliverables, milestones, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes, and drive consistent follow-up against those commitments. The Project Manager owns the process that keeps those commitments visible, measurable, moving forward, and appropriately escalated when progress stalls.

This position requires exceptional project management skills, strong judgment, confidence, persistence, and the ability to build productive relationships while being willing to ask difficult questions and respectfully challenge leaders at all levels of the organization.

Success in this role means organizational priorities do not disappear between meetings. Leaders have clear commitments, measurable goals, owners, and deadlines. Progress is visible. Barriers are identified early. Missed commitments are addressed rather than carried forward indefinitely. Leadership has reliable information about where key initiatives stand without having to individually chase updates. The Project Manager creates the structure and discipline that allows leaders to remain accountable for their own results while ensuring Titanium’s most important priorities continue moving forward.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
