Job Responsibilities:
Magna New Mobility is leading the transformation of autonomous material handling through cutting-edge software to help drive efficiency in our plants. Our solutions optimize fleet coordination, automate workflows, and drive efficiency in industrial and logistics environments.
As we scale, we need an Implementation Manager who can own product deployments, manage customer relationships, and drive expansion opportunities. This role blends technical expertise in robotics software, software as a service and has a strong project execution with a sales-driven customer engagement.
About the Role
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, leading the end-to-end deployment of AMR control and orchestration software while identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth customer integration, high adoption rates, and continued revenue growth.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and business development, ensuring that customers not only implement but fully realize the value of AMR software.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...• Own factory software deployments, leading project execution from kickoff to post-launch support.• Build and manage customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on autonomous material handling solutions.• Identify expansion opportunities, proactively suggesting additional features, modules, or services to drive revenue growth.• Collaborate with engineering teams, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into the AMR control and orchestration platform.• Develop deployment playbooks, streamlining implementation for scalability across multiple customers and sites.• Monitor key metrics and adoption rates, using data insights to improve software performance and customer satisfaction.• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our product roadmap aligns with real-world operational needs.• Support pre-sales and post-sales efforts, working closely with the business development team to communicate the value of our solutions.
We're excited about you because...• You have 3+ years of experience in project management for software-driven automation, robotics, or industrial technology.• You have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in AMR, control systems, or SaaS-based industrial solutions.• You can sell value-based solutions, understanding customer pain points and aligning product capabilities to their needs.• You have a strong understanding of AMR software, including fleet management, real-time orchestration, and system integrations.• You are organized and execution-focused, managing multiple projects while keeping teams aligned.• You have a data-driven mindset, using KPIs and customer insights to drive decision-making.• You're a strong communicator, able to translate technical software capabilities into clear business outcomes.• You thrive in fast-paced environments, working across cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.
