We’re looking for a HR Project Manager, People Programs - Contractor to bring structure, momentum, and operational rigor to key People initiatives across promotions, performance and merit, and employee survey execution. This role is focused on helping high-impact, cyclical work run smoothly. You will turn priorities into clear plans, keep stakeholders aligned, track progress against deadlines, and help ensure details do not fall through the cracks. This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, calm in ambiguity, and energized by building order in a fast-moving environment. You should be comfortable coordinating across teams, surfacing risks early, and helping leaders move from ideas to execution.

This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Toronto, ON.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in project management, program management, or People Operations.
  • You run cross-functional programs in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through.
  • You manage competing priorities without losing clarity or pace.
  • A clear communicator who works well with leaders at all levels.

What We Need

  • The ability to drive People programs across promotions, performance, merit, and surveys.
  • Strong follow-through across cross-functional partners including HR, Compensation, Analytics, Payroll, and business leaders.
  • Help planning and executing engagement or pulse survey cycles, including timelines, communications, and follow-up actions.
  • A builder of project plans, trackers, timelines, milestones, and action logs.
