Requirements

Job Summary Our mid-level Project Manager will drive the planning and execution of key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and cross-team alignment. You’ll balance resources, coordinate teams, and communicate with stakeholders to see projects through to success.

What you’ll do as a Mid-Level Project Manager…

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Monitor project performance metrics, budgets, and timelines.
  • Identify process improvements for continuous organizational growth.

What we’re looking for…

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management (Agile or Waterfall methodologies).
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote-first environment.
  • Solid understanding of software development cycles.
  • Certification (PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus but not mandatory.
