We are seeking passionate and organized Android Technical Project Lead who excels in prioritizing project delivery while balancing the expectations of stakeholders, users, and team members.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, fostering collaboration to overcome challenges and achieve objectives, and leveraging strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and inspire their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the initiation, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document requirements, translating them into clear and actionable user stories for the team.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and risks to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advocate and enforce development best practices across the team, including coding standards, testing, release processes, and support workflows.
  • Oversee and facilitate the Scrum process to ensure efficient team collaboration and project momentum.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their technical growth and professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Android development, with a proven track record of delivering and managing Android projects successfully.
  • Expertise in both Android and Kotlin development.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
