This is a remote position.
Project & Task Management
Review recorded calls and transcripts to identify key actions, updates, and priorities.
Keep project plans, task boards, and documentation organized and up to date, primarily within Notion.
Monitor progress and deadlines, address blockers, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Lead internal sprint cycles by setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, and maintaining accountability across the team.
Coordinate internal workflows, tools, and systems to support efficient execution.
Manage scheduling, calendars, and operational logistics for leadership.
Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and share post-meeting summaries with clear next steps.
Assist the founder with strategic priorities, ensuring timely follow-up and execution support across ongoing initiatives.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in project management, executive assistance, or operational support roles.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Familiarity with agile or sprint methodologies and general project management principles.
Excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently, proactively following up, and ensuring accountability.
Experience using Notion or a willingness to quickly learn it.
Proven experience coordinating between cross-functional teams.
Track record of managing priorities, processes, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
High adaptability and comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments.
Bonus if experienced with digital agencies, startups, or consulting firms.
