What's the Short Version?
The Project Manager for Credit plans, coordinates, and manages projects that support operational excellence, risk management, customer experience, process improvement, and technology implementation across the Credit Department. This role partners closely with Credit leadership and cross-functional teams to organize project activities, manage timelines, track progress, facilitate communication, and support successful implementation. The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination for assigned projects and helps keep deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
What Will You Be Doing?
• Manage assigned Credit projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, quality, and dependencies remain on track.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status updates, action item trackers, decision logs, and other project documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document decisions, assign follow-up actions, and monitor completion.
• Partner with Credit leadership, Credit team members, Training, E3PO, and other business partners to coordinate project execution.
• Monitor and coordinate resolution of project risks, issues, dependencies, and obstacles, including mitigation planning and stakeholder escalation.
• Prepare and deliver concise project status reports, dashboards, and communications that provide visibility into progress, ownership, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Coordinate implementation activities, including requirements coordination, testing, business readiness, training preparation, process documentation, launch support, and post-launch follow-up.
• Lead process documentation efforts to improve consistency, accessibility, knowledge retention, and operational readiness across Credit.
• Coordinate change management activities, including stakeholder communication, readiness tracking, training coordination, and adoption follow-up.
• Partner in defining and documenting current-state and future-state workflows for Credit initiatives and process improvements.
• Track technology implementations, automation, reporting enhancements, business process improvements, and other cross-functional Credit projects.
• Serve as a key project contact and department liaison, facilitating communication, resolving gaps, and promoting alignment across teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking For?
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years project management, project coordination, business operations, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to identify project risks, communicate concerns clearly, and coordinate practical solutions
• Experience creating project plans, trackers, status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and process documentation
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build effective relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and follow through in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting process improvement, change management, training readiness, or business implementation activities preferred
• Experience with collaboration, reporting, and project management tools preferred
• Knowledge of Credit, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, AI, or automation is a plus
What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $80,170 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Remote: Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Periodic travel may be required. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and participating in virtual and in-person meetings. Frequent use of hands for keyboarding and standard office equipment is required. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching may be needed to attend meetings or collaborate in an office setting. The role requires the ability to perform close visual work on a computer for extended periods. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10–15 pounds.
