ABOUT THIS ROLE 
Patrick Ta Beauty is looking for a Project Manager, Creative Services to serve as the operational backbone of our creative team. This role sits at the intersection of creative production, cross-functional collaboration, and workflow optimization keeping our campaigns, product launches, and DTC content engine running with precision and intention.
You'll partner closely with our creative, marketing, DTC and product teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of assets that bring the Patrick Ta Beauty brand to life across every touchpoint from campaign imagery to social content and retail partnerships. 
This role reports to the Director, Project Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Project Management
  • Own the intake, prioritization, and scheduling of creative asset requests across teams including Marketing, DTC, Social and Trade Marketing
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approval workflows for campaigns, DTC product launches and editorial content
  • Coordinate structured and efficient creative reviews between DTC stakeholders and creative leads, achieving faster turnaround times, reducing revision cycles, and improving on-time project delivery
  • Maintain a real-time view of all active projects and communicate status updates clearly across the organization
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Creative, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and external partners including agencies, photographers, and vendors
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets to support product launches, paid media, influencer programs, retail activations, and DTC needs
  • Support production coordination for brand shoots, campaign rollouts, and key tentpole moments
Workflow & Process Optimization
  • Build and refine creative processes, brief templates, timelines and asset management systems that scale with the business
  • Drive visibility across all active workstreams by maintaining clean, up-to-date trackers and timelines
  • Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and present actionable solutions—not just risks—to leadership
  • Develop and scale project management best practices to enable efficient, consistent execution across creative and marketing teams
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4–6 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or production management, preferably within beauty, fashion, consumer goods, or a creative agency serving these industries
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows across brand, marketing, and content disciplines including photography, video, design, and copywriting
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet and comfort working within creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
  • Excellent communicator who can hold their own with creative teams, external vendors, and senior leadership equally well and keep deadlines on track
  • Experience working within a DTC or multi-channel beauty or lifestyle brand
  • Background in packaging production or print asset management
  • Familiarity with retail and wholesale partner asset requirements (Sephora, etc.)
  • Experience coordinating brand shoots or editorial production

Salary Range Opportunity:

  • The hiring range for this role is $90000-$110000
Our salary ranges are informed by verified market data and reflect our commitment to competitive pay within our size and industry. Individual compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including role requirements, experience, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Final base pay may also vary based on geographic location and job-related expertise. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include a bonus and a comprehensive suite of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
