Must Have
  • 7+ years of experience in program management or technical project management.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams and systems.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience working with software engineering, data, infrastructure, and UX teams.
  • Hands-on experience developing or managing AI agents and agentic workflows.
  • Experience using Jira and Smartsheet for project execution, tracking, and resource management.
  • Experience creating dashboards, status reporting, or operational insights using analytics or AI-assisted tools.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday with no exceptions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead programs through intake, planning, execution, delivery, and value realization.
  • Develop program roadmaps and prioritized initiatives with product, engineering, and business leaders.
  • Manage interdependencies, risks, issues, resources, and timelines across multiple teams.
  • Create and maintain real-time program dashboards for leadership reporting.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, quarterly planning, OKR tracking, and leadership reviews.
  • Use AI tools to improve project reporting, risk management, task creation, and decision-making.
  • Manage applications supporting marketing platforms and studio rights operations.
  • Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions across teams.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to technical teams, executives, and external vendors.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of technical project or program management experience.
  • Experience supporting technology delivery and software development initiatives.
  • Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable, Microsoft Teams, Miro, or Lucidchart.
  • Experience using AI-assisted platforms such as Cursor, Claude, or similar tools.
  • Strong experience with program dashboards, portfolio reporting, and risk tracking.
  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments preferred.
  • Experience with AI products, data platforms, or advanced analytics preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
