- Executes the integrated planning, and manage the delivery of technical development against the statement of work (SOW) to ensure compliant solutions and products effort across multiple contracts and functional areas
- Develops and maintains comprehensive program and project plans, schedules, and performance metrics; conducts detailed trend, variance, and risk analyses to proactively identify and mitigate issues
- Drives operational excellence by maintaining program commitments in engineering development processes, mission operations training, and resource allocation to support increased operational rates
- Tracks and reports competing program demands, aligning resources and stakeholder expectations to ensure mission success
- Provides technical and strategic oversight of program execution, ensuring compliance with Boeing standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Key Competencies:
- Project Management: Proven experience managing engineering scope, finance , and schedules in aerospace or defense environments
- Process Management: Applies experience of managing and maintaining Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting
- Program Execution: Demonstrates success managing large-scale, multi-contract programs with competing priorities, delivering on time and within budget
- Stakeholder Management: Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, internal priorities, and external constraints
- Risk Management: Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks to maintain schedule and cost performance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Education in Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Accounting/Economics or related fields
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience as either systems engineer/program controls/scheduler
- Competent knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. A Final U.S. secret clearance Prestart is required OR An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required
