Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in a creative, production, or marketing environment—agency or in-house.
- Familiarity with creative development and production processes (e.g., design, content, video).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort interacting with creatives and stakeholders alike.
- Experience with project management tools like Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
- Working knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack.
What You'll Do
- Duration: Mid-June 2025 - December 2025
- Support project leads in managing day-to-day creative workflows across design, copy, video, and production.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure assets stay on schedule and aligned with campaign goals.
- Maintain project trackers, resourcing calendars, and intake documentation to improve visibility and coordination across teams.
- Help route creative for feedback and approvals; gather and consolidate stakeholder input.
- Assist with resourcing coordination, file organization, and asset management across creative tools and platforms.
- Coordinate team meetings, agendas, recaps, and follow-ups to keep momentum moving forward.
- Partner with producers to support pre-production and post-production logistics for photo, video, or UGC shoots.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of asset specs across digital platforms (social, email, e-comm, paid media).
- Exposure to shoot production (pre-pro docs, shot lists, call sheets).
- Interest in growing into a creative producer or project manager role.
