Role description:

Arcadis' is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic Industrial architecture team contributing to a range of high-profile data center and mission critical projects. In this role, you’ll oversee the architectural design and technical development, ensuring that our workplace solutions meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and functionality.

Role accountabilities:

  • Lead the production, and coordination of data center and mission critical technical drawings through all project phases—from Concept Design through to Construction Documentation
  • Oversee the development and integration of design solutions, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations
  • Manage multiple projects, providing technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and client objectives
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goals

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license
  • 8-10 years of experience, with a proven track record in data center design and project delivery
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in BIM coordination
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP,  401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement.  We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is$105,000 - $158,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
