Lead complex built-environment projects end-to-end: define and control scope, develop and review schedules and construction documents, manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams, negotiate change orders, monitor construction activities, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Travel up to 25%.

Lead and grow the Substation Electrical team, manage projects from conceptual layout through detailed design and construction support, perform hands-on EHV/HV substation engineering and studies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, serve as technical lead/project manager, mentor junior staff, and support business development and quality assurance.

Lead and manage substation electrical engineering across all voltage classes, coordinating design, estimates, proposals, client engagement, and project execution. Lead mechanical and process design for water and wastewater projects, develop construction documents and specifications, size and select equipment, perform hydraulic analyses and cost estimates, prepare technical memoranda, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support project management and business development, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring quality control.

Manage end-to-end design for hyperscale data center projects: oversee campus planning through construction drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and vendors, administer procurement and change orders, ensure milestones and deliverables, and travel to sites (up to 30%).

Lead complex architecture/engineering/construction projects from initiation through close-out, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, resources, construction activities, stakeholder communication, and change orders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Serve as senior technical and managerial lead for rail systems and track on large transit programs. Oversee planning, design review, construction oversight, commissioning, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, procurement support, and mentoring to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery.

Serve as client lead, develop work plans and schedules, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and resources, mentor junior staff, and liaise with authorities and contractors to deliver street-running light rail and other transit infrastructure.

Develop and maintain logic-driven, resource-loaded schedules for engineering, construction, and validation of data center projects. Analyze critical path updates, track progress, collect performance data, report schedule status, manage risks, coordinate stakeholders, and support schedule and budget review meetings including occasional site visits.

Lead the electrical discipline on multiple projects through pursuit, design, and construction. Serve as engineer of record, develop construction-ready drawings, perform site surveys and system studies (arc flash, load, short circuit, coordination), ensure code compliance, use design/modeling software, support proposals, and mentor junior staff.

Lead architectural design and technical development for data center and mission-critical projects across all phases. Produce and coordinate technical drawings, ensure code and standards compliance, manage multiple projects, mentor junior staff, collaborate with clients and consultants, and monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet quality and client objectives.

Support environmental investigation and remediation projects through planning, data evaluation, field oversight, technical reporting, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication under a Project Managers supervision. Perform office-based work with some local site visits and minimal overnight travel.
