Join a growing project management and construction consulting firm where you'll own Procore Financials, help shape financial processes, and work on commercial hospitality and retail development projects from start to finish.
Overview:
- Own client and vendor contracts in Procore Financials
- Manage job costing, contract administration, vendor billing support, and lien waivers
- Work within Procore Financials + QuickBooks Online integration
- Partner with Operations, Project Managers, and Accounting to improve financial processes
Required Experience:
- ✅ Hands-on Procore Financials experience (required)
- ✅ QuickBooks Online experience
- ✅ 3+ years of Project Accounting in construction, owner's rep, subcontractor, or construction management
- ✅ Experience with job costing, contracts, and lien waivers
Compensation and Perks:
- Hybrid/remote flexible schedule after training
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule, flexible
- Estimating an $80K–$100K salary (negotiable based on experience)
