We're building the next generation of market-leading energy analytics and forecasting products, and we want you to be part of our journey!

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Programs Marketing Manager to design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing programs that generate and accelerate pipeline. In this role, you will manage multi-channel campaigns across (email, ABM, SEO, and website) working closely with demand generation, events & partners marketing, content, product marketing, and sales to deliver measurable business impact.

This is a strategic and hands-on role — perfect for someone who can move seamlessly from building program plans to executing tactical deliverables, all while keeping an eye on performance metrics and ROI.

You’ll be

  • Reporting to the VP of Marketing to develop, launch, and manage integrated marketing programs aligned with sales goals, product launches, and customer segments.
  • Owning the execution of targeted marketing programs, including Account-Based Marketing plays, nurture sequences, and SEO/search.
  • Working with demand generation to create and manage email marketing programs that support various stages of the buyer journey, such as monthly newsletters, lead nurturing programs, and customer communications.
  • Working closely with sales and demand generation to create high-impact Account-Based Marketing campaigns that drive leads through the funnel.
  • Coordinating cross-functional deliverables to develop program-specific assets — collateral, landing pages, emails, and paid/organic promotion.
  • Monitoring program performance in real time and adjusting tactics to optimize pipeline contribution.

What Success Looks Like

  • Measurable increase in qualified leads and influenced pipeline from integrated programs.
  • Increased engagement and conversion rates from targeted nurture programs.
  • Efficient coordination of cross-channel campaigns with timely delivery of assets and communications.
  • Clear reporting that ties marketing activity to business outcomes.

We Think This Role Would Be A Great Fit If You Have

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on campaign management, email nurture campaigns, ABM, and SEO.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Moz
  • Energy or power markets experience is a plus

Benefits & Perks

While we are serious about our company's culture, we aren't going to force "culture" to prove that we are cool and fun. It’s a company filled with smart, genuinely nice individuals who are passionate about data science, energy and working together to build a product that can have a lasting impact on our planet.

Even though we are a remote company with employees spread across the globe, we still believe human interaction is a good thing. We will also have an all-company event at least once a year so people can get to know each other in a more fun and social way.

  • Competitive salary plus stock option package.
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Family planning benefits through Carrot which include IVF plus preservation treatments, adoption and gender-affirming care.
  • Annual company retreat
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • 401k
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Remote

If you are excited about contributing to a product that can have a lasting impact on our planet and you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments, we would love to hear from you.

Salary: $100,000-$120,000

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
