THE TEAM

The product marketing team at Eventbrite owns the development of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Eventbrite’s suite of products and services. We work cross-functionally to generate customer insights, partnering closely with the Product, Sales, Communications, Customer Success, and Data teams to leverage those insights to articulate the value of Eventbrite to our customers and ensure they understand how Eventbrite’s product and features can enable their success.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Programs and Sales Enablement Manager role requires operational excellence and the ability to create and manage new workflows and processes. It also requires a background in marketing, with particular experience in campaign execution and channel strategy. Success depends on seamless cross-functional collaboration, as you serve as the bridge between Marketing and Sales, managing request intakes and building/executing recommended proposals. One part of the role is understanding how to work with sales to make programmatic optimizations that translate into solutions that empower the team to win new business.

YOU WILL 
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure channel marketing aligns with brand strategy and metro focus
  • Partner with Sales to execute a current customer event promotion program, using your Marketing knowledge and program management skills to design the optimal package for event organizers.
  • Expand current marketing programs and develop new ones based on organizer trends and business needs, balancing between business impact and cost of execution. 
  • Set program targets with Marketing and Sales leaders. Own day-to-day management and reporting of the program.  Be accountable to drive target achievement and program success.  
  • Use Salesforce, Google suites, and program/workflow management tools (Asana, Jira) to ensure smooth and efficient program execution.
  • Work on programs to help to increase sales effectiveness of our marketing content and data.
THE SKILLSET
  • An understanding of digital marketing and online marketplace a strong plus 
  • Understand multi-channel marketing campaigns that help our large customers drive awareness and ticket sales
  • The ideal candidate has experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms. This role requires excellent communication and marketing creativity.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills to help improve program efficiency but also track and drive data-driven sales enablement programs.
  • Knowledge of working on and implementing sales effectiveness programs.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in marketing in a related field with a focus on B2B customers.
  • Analytically minded, with an ability to evaluate and extract insights from large data sets.
  • Strong program management and operations skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of working with key stakeholders to define and execute strategic programs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google suite, and project management tools such as Asana.
  • Experience with Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) for data extraction and to implement data-driven insights to optimize user engagement, growth, and sales messaging..
  • A true self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
  • A passion for live experiences and sharing the stories of those who create them
