This role will leverage data and analytics to support and enhance the effectiveness of Chewy's Site Experience team, delivering exceptional insights and improving operational efficiency. The Program Manager will help drive improvements in reporting and cross-functional collaboration processes, developing clear and actionable visualizations and communications. This position requires an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate across teams. About the Role:
The Program Manager, Site Experience Analytics will lead the creation and evolution of custom reporting, establish and maintain critical business monitoring processes, and collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders to support the analytical needs of the Site Experience team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, relentless curiosity, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that enable impactful business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Base Salary Range
$95,500-$152,500 USD

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and enhance Site Experience analytics and reporting tools, optimizing the team's capability to measure success and identify opportunities. Develop and maintain the program roadmap, clearly outlining milestones, dependencies, and priorities, while effectively communicating status and adjustments to stakeholders.
- Streamline and elevate business analysis processes to provide clear visibility into performance drivers, using data-driven insights to enable informed decision-making. Leverage problem-solving skills to manage tradeoffs, prioritize competing initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions that drive improved customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Provide insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analyses, clearly articulating narratives and business impacts to Site Experience merchants and key stakeholders. Identify patterns and trends within analytics data, proactively translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions across the Site Experience team.
- Monitor and communicate updates to data structures, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies, translating complex technical information into accessible language for Site Experience merchandisers.
- Drive alignment and secure buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders through regular business reviews and effective relationship-building.
- Support adoption of new reporting, resources, and tools within the Site Experience team through mentorship, onboarding processes and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 5 years of experience in Program Management, Business Analytics, or a related analytical role
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrated experience using, manipulating, and writing SQL queries
- Soft Skills/Other Competencies:
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills, capable of translating complex data into clear narratives
- Innate curiosity with a relentless drive to uncover actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to zero-defect analytical outputs
- Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience working within eCommerce or digital retail environments
