About the job

As a Program Manager at ViFiVE, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish – working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. In this role, you’ll lead all aspects of software development from product inception to launch. This includes ensuring production readiness, capacity, and quality issues. You will plan requirements with internal teams and external customers and will execute across the company. You will work with researchers and developers who build AI-platform-as-a-service to revolutionize the Digital Health industry.

You will:

  • Act as the liaison and single point of contacts for New Product Introduction and User Onboarding operational activities from inception to launch
  • Lead and anticipate all aspects of product operations of ViFiVE products
  • Evaluate and manage new requirements from strategic business relationships, partnerships, alliances, key contract providers and/or licensing collaborators
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships and cross-functional communication across multiple partners and internal R&D teams
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with external collaborators and experts to bring forward innovative ideas and forward ViFiVE’s business interests

We focus on being a collaborative and open organization consisting of scientists/engineers/managers with the highest technical depth, programming skills, and a keen eye for user experience. We expect you to be highly autonomous and independent. We also expect you to work with high-level product requirements and manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. 


Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 year of program management experience in one or more of the following: new product introduction, user onboarding, new technology adoption operations
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in consumer electronics
  • Experience in business development in the digital technology or healthcare providers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve objectives
  • Significant experience in taking initiative and working while managing multiple work streams 
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging digital health technology.
  • Strong ability to grasp complex technical and product concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate business, and other points with partners as well as internal R&D teams.
