NetDocuments is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and enhance our SaaS implementation projects. This role is ideal for a dynamic project manager ready to take the next step into program management. By refining best practices, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing oversight for project leads, you will enable consistency, scalability, and efficiency across a portfolio of customer implementations. Your expertise in project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration will drive the onboarding and adoption of our software solutions. What your contributions will be:

  • Program Oversight & Portfolio Management:
    • Manage a portfolio of SaaS implementation projects led by project managers, ensuring successful delivery, alignment with business goals, and high customer satisfaction.
    • Directly lead key strategic implementation projects as needed.
    • Develop and maintain portfolio-level reporting, tracking project status, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Escalation & Risk Management:
    • Act as the escalation point for project risks and roadblocks, working cross-functionally to develop and execute mitigation plans.
    • Provide guidance to project leads, ensuring risks and issues are proactively managed.
  • Process & Methodology Development:
    • Own and evolve standardized project plan templates, best practices, and playbooks to enhance consistency and efficiency across projects.
    • Identify opportunities to mature project management practices, improving delivery quality and operational scalability.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Leadership) to ensure alignment on project objectives and success criteria.
    • Partner with customers to drive smooth onboarding and successful adoption of our software solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Education and Experience: 

  • 3+ years of project management experience in SaaS implementations.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and balancing competing priorities.
  • Ability to guide, mentor, and support project leads while maintaining hands-on involvement in key projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in risk and escalation management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and with external customers.
  • Experience working with law firms or corporate legal departments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., GUIDEcx, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or equivalent).

Compensation Transparency

The annual compensation range for this position is: $100,000 - $110,000

The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
