You’ll be instrumental in shaping how we structure information, present enablement content, and build intuitive, elegant digital experiences for our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and evolve content governance, voice, tone, and taxonomy across multiple properties and user journeys.
  • Partner with technical subject matter experts teams to create high-value thought leadership and educational content that drives customer adoption.
UX & Experience Design Partnership
  • Participate in and influence front-end experience design decisions with a content-first approach that prioritizes accessibility, clarity, and user value.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, marketers, community management, and developers to define the content layer of web experiences, from wireframes to final builds.
  • Help shape navigation, labeling, microcopy, and contextual content with a focus on findability and user empowerment.
Web Experience Management
  • Own the strategic planning and execution of digital content for a portfolio of customer enablement platforms.
  • Maintain consistency in voice, brand standards, and information structure across global websites.
  • Work as partner to platform administrators to create user-first solutions.
  • Manage and triage update requests on your suite of webpages & platforms.
Content Operations & Optimization
  • Establish scalable processes for content planning, creation, publishing, and maintenance.
  • Use data, UX research, and analytics to assess performance and inform continuous content improvement.
  • Drive experimentation and A/B testing to refine messaging, page structures, and digital flows for conversion and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
  • 3+ years of experience in UX writing or digital content leadership, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs that bring together content, design, and product perspectives.
  • Deep expertise in structuring and scaling digital content—taxonomies, IA, tagging, editorial workflows, CMS management.
  • Solid understanding of UX design principles and human-centered content planning.
  • Experience crafting content for multiple formats: UI microcopy, marketing landing pages, longform thought leadership, product messaging.
  • Strong grasp of modern web technologies and digital platforms (HTML/CSS familiarity a plus, but not required).
  • Analytical mindset: able to leverage data to drive decisions and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a confident presenter and cross-functional collaborator.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms, wireframing apps, and community platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, personalization, and content optimization tools.
  • Passion for new content technologies, AI-enabled content, or content automation.
  • Experience with technical training, learning management systems, and digital learning paradigms.
  • You Are
  • A systems thinker who sees how each piece of content ladders up to a broader user experience.
  • Highly collaborative but independently driven—you can own strategy while keeping multiple teams aligned.
  • Passionate about language, clarity, and digital design.
  • Adaptable and curious, ready to experiment and iterate based on insight and feedback.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
