Position Summary: 

MedInsight is seeking a skilled, versatile Program Manager to lead business operations - aligning internal activities, processes, and systems with our goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong project/program management skills, a solutions mindset, and experience independently managing business policies, processes, and programs. This position reports to the Chief Business Officer.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead simple to complex programs and projects from inception through implementation to steady-state, own planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Identify and lead analysis of key business processes to enhance efficiency, improve performance, and reduce costs
  • Lead multi-stakeholder groups and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to gain buy-in, support, and alignment on business initiatives
  • Develop and implement learning, training and/or change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems across the organization
  • Collaborate with business intelligence analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality data insights and analytics that support decision-making and enhance business performance

Key responsibility areas:

  • Partnership Governance Management Own planning and business meetings between MedInsight and key partners. Translate partnership objectives and priorities into agendas, then guide presenters on presentation and materials development. Coordinate day-of logistics and facilitate to stay on agenda and achieve intended outcomes. Capture action items, prepare summaries, follow through with stakeholders on next steps, and track topics for future discussions and meetings.  Prepare the Chief Business Officer for their participation in governance meetings.   As requested, project manage workgroups or teams on partnership initiatives. 
  • Quality and Risk Management Serve as subject matter expert on Milliman and MedInsight quality and risk management policies, requirements, and programs. Optimize internal processes to efficiently and fully meet requirements at a programmatic level. Manage information sources and documentation, staff training, and organization-wide program adoption. Organize and project-manage program reviews and audits. Note: as program manager, you support but do not directly perform quality or risk management duties.
  • Business Operations Process Management Directly support multiple core business operations workflows—including business contract management, staff and office/workplace administration, and internal enterprise systems enablement. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and compliant execution. Develop informational resources and policies, and own document and records management. Serve as a subject‑matter expert for assigned operations, advising senior leaders and supporting staff. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and the adoption of AI and automation in workflows. Note: this position backfills administrative office duties when primary staff member is out of office.
  • Enterprise business initiatives management or special projects as assigned by the Chief Business Officer.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in program/project/operations management, administration, or business services
  • Proven process improvement and project management experience with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate), project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet), and BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI); comfortable with low/no-code automation.

    Education

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or a related field, or equivalent experience

    Location

    This role will be in Seattle, Washington and follows a hybrid schedule, requiring at least 2-3 days in office per week. The expected application deadline for this job is April 30, 2026.

    Compensation

    The salary range is $80,170 - $131,905, depending on relevant factors, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
