Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Business Operations Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Fabrication Electrical Capability team in Everett, WA on Shift 1.
The Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) is the strategic leader of electrical systems for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, delivering best-in-class electrical solutions by integrating the electrical value stream, manufacturing critical assemblies and advancing technologies. ESRC ensures success by providing the best electrical solutions, integrating the electrical value stream, manufacturing critical electrical assemblies and developing new technologies.
ESRC Business Operations drives production readiness through project portfolio management, structured governance and change control. As the backbone of a premier Boeing Fabrication factory, they keep airplanes flying and factories running.

Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders on long-range strategy, goals, and initiatives; evaluate strategic issues and recommend implementation.
- Develop and integrate programs, plans, and processes to meet business goals (sourcing, cost control, deployment, impact mitigation).
- Validate analyses and scope with business partners and build/maintain business cases.
- Coordinate commitments across internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies.
- Identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigations and refine business cases.
- Secure leadership approval and provide implementation direction for work authorization.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; monitor execution and communicate status.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- (Level: 3) 3+ years relevant experience with program management and best practices
- 3+ years leading integration across cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong written/verbal communication skills and experience presenting to executive level leadership
- Familiarity with formal change control or governance processes (e.g., Change Control Board, configuration/change management)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of related work experience or bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Engineering, General Management, Facilities, or a related field; advanced degree (MS, MBA) or or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with electrical systems or wire shops
- Familiarity with Boeing processes, standards, and site governance
- Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals
- Experience working across multiple programs and/or functions in a manufacturing environment
