Primary duties and responsibilities include:
  • Lead and own execution of program engineering activity.
  • Lead and own Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities for program tasking to include EVMS management and management of EAC baselines. Monitor project plans and execution to ensure technical and work scope requirements, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
  • Lead and own the execution of proposal activity to include preparation of Technical Bid Review packages for presentation to Engineering management.
  • Assist with engineering staffing and staffing allocation via the IRMS tool.
  • Partner and collaborate with other program managers, functional engineering managers, and Operations personnel to ensure program goals, requirements, and needs are understood and achieved.
  • Ensure project and product safety are managed in accordance with company policies, procedures, processes, and best practices. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Active Secret Security clearance or ability to obtain Secret Security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Project engineering management including organizational design, planning, estimating, design management, and product verification

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience supporting Defense electronics programs
  • Experience during Integration and Test phase of programs as well as transition to production
  • Experience leading $10M+ EMD and/or Production programs
  • Agile / "Agile -like" project execution is a plus

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
