Position Overview

Crete Professionals Alliance is seeking an experienced and strategic Growth Program Director to lead Team Grow, the team responsible for driving firm-level growth initiatives during the Grow phase of our Ready, Set, Grow onboarding journey for newly acquired firms.

The Growth Program Director will serve as a trusted, consultative partner to Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), collaborating closely to identify growth opportunities, prioritize strategic initiatives, and define success measures for each firm. This role will be responsible for shaping the growth playbook for Crete’s acquired firms, ensuring that strategies are practical, scalable, and tailored to the unique dynamics of each region and firm.

This is a highly visible role that blends strategic thinking, relationship management, and business acumen in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partner to RVPs

· Serve as a consultative partner to Regional VPs to assess firm performance and identify key growth opportunities

· Provide guidance and recommendations on which growth levers (e.g., cross-sell, pricing optimization, brand and marketing, tech automation) to prioritize for each firm

· Develop and facilitate strategic discussions between RVPs and firm Managing Partners to align on growth goals and plans

Growth Planning & Roadmap Development

· Lead the creation of firm-specific growth roadmaps, outlining initiatives, KPIs, timelines, and success measures

· Work collaboratively with SMEs across departments to ensure proposed growth initiatives are feasible and aligned with Crete’s broader strategic goals

· Partner with the SVP of Brand and Integration to refine the overall Grow phase strategy and processes

Tool and Framework Development

· Oversee the development of scalable tools, templates, and processes to enable consistent growth planning and execution across regions

· Ensure tools are practical and easy for RVPs to use in conversations with firm leadership

Performance Oversight & Reporting

· Monitor progress of growth initiatives across firms

· Analyze results, identify trends, and propose adjustments to strategies as needed

· Prepare executive-level updates and insights for Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and other leadership forums

Leadership of Team Grow

· Provide leadership and coaching to the Senior Manager of Growth and the Growth Coordinator

· Ensure effective delegation and coordination of operational tasks while maintaining strategic oversight

· Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture within Team Grow

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

· Serve as the voice of Growth for bridge RVPs, firm leaders, and Crete’s SMEs

· Navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and maintain strong relationships across diverse stakeholders

· Represent Team Grow in integration events such as Town Halls and InteGREAT sessions

· Maintain discretion and confidentiality, particularly in handling sensitive firm or personnel information

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in:

· Professional services, consulting, or related industries

· M&A integration, business transformation, or growth strategy roles

• Proven track record of working directly with senior leadership and executive teams

• Deep understanding of professional services business models, financial metrics, and growth dynamics

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate diverse personalities and organizational cultures

• Experience building and managing small teams

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Preferred Skills

· Experience working in accounting or professional services environments

· Familiarity with designing tools or frameworks for business assessments and planning

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear recommendations

· Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environments

· Skilled at facilitating strategic discussions and achieving alignment among diverse stakeholders

Location

· Remote/Hybrid

· 20% - 30% travel required for firm visits, planning sessions, integration events and growth initiatives
