Under the Supervisor, the Coordinator provides program coordination and administrative support for the BEES and LA Audit programs, including database management, data entry, customer and subcontractor communication, deliverable tracking, records management, reporting inputs, and administrative QA/QC.

Essential Functions

  • Track BEES and LA Audit deliverables to support on-time completion of program tasks
  • Coordinate day-to-day program administration, including customer records, audit documentation, survey activity, and reporting inputs
  • Provide customer service, scheduling, and reporting support for assigned program activities
  • Facilitate client, subcontractor, and internal coordination calls or meetings as needed
  • Research information and documentation in response to management, client, or program team requests
  • Respond to calls, emails, and messages from customers, clients, subcontractors, and internal team members in a professional, timely, and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate program information in Company and client-required databases
  • Support preparation of charts, tables, status updates, and report materials for BEES and LA Audit program reporting
  • Coordinate assigned administrative activities across BEES and LA Audit workflows
  • Perform data entry and maintain complete, accurate, and timely program records
  • Perform administrative QA/QC duties per program and client requirements
  • All other duties assigned

Requirements
  • 2 years of college or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience providing management support in a professional office environment to include:

Preferred

  • Bilingual; Spanish or other language

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $20/hour - $25/hour. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
