Manage administrative operations of a teen outpatient program, facilitate substance‑use recovery groups and SMART virtual meetings, perform EMR documentation, oversee intake/attendance/billing coordination, schedule psychiatry and UDS, support recovery coaching and community referrals, handle vendor/contracts, personnel files, supplies, and facility maintenance.
Evolve Treatment Centers offers cutting-edge intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential programs for teens ages 12 to 17 struggling with substance use and mental health disorders. We use evidence-based treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), as well as several experiential therapies.

They are responsible for facilitating substance use recovery groups as well as providing additional support for clients with substance use disorders. They work in conjunction with the Clinical Director to ensure smooth functioning of the overall clinical program.
Essential Functions:

They are responsible for facilitating substance use recovery groups as well as providing additional support for clients with substance use disorders. They work in conjunction with the Clinical Director to ensure smooth functioning of the overall clinical program.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure program compliance with accreditation and program standards.
- Assist Clinical Program Director with ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative functions of the program.
- Provide administrative and operational support to program staff..
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups, as assigned by Clinical Program Director. Complete clinical documentation in the EMR for all groups facilitated.
- Oversee the client intake process, including assisting with the completion of intake paperwork, providing clients with a Program orientation, etc.
- Monitor client attendance, correspond with caregivers about attendance, and notify appropriate departments for billing and insurance purposes.
- Facilitate client outcome assessments at the required timepoints.
- Facilitate people operations standards, including maintenance of personnel files, ensuring staff have completed needed trainings, onboarding and offboarding procedures, etc.
- Purchase supplies for the program and track spending to ensure program spending is within the allotted budget.
- Ensure that the facility is properly maintained.
- Coordinate vendor contracts, invoices, and scheduling.
- Schedule psychiatry appointments weekly, and act as liaison between psychiatrist, nurse, and clinical team to ensure client medication needs are met.
- Facilitate client Urine Drug Screens, monitor results, communicate results, and document appropriately in the EMR.
- Facilitate weekly substance use recovery groups for the program, including Seeking Safety, Relapse, Prevention, etc.
- Facilitate weekly virtual SMART recovery meetings for Evolve clients.
- Provide substance use recovery coaching to program clients and their caregivers in collaboration with the Primary Therapist and Clinical Program Director.
- Complete clinical documentation for all groups and coaching meetings in the EMR.
- Coordinate quarterly recovery panels for the program.
- Support clients with identifying community-based recovery resources, including 12-step or SMART Recovery meetings.
Qualifications:
- Must be certified or registered as a substance abuse counselor
- Substance abuse experience preferred but not required
- Completion of required SMART Recovery meeting facilitator training.
- Have a professional demeanor and demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Have a strong desire to interact with teens and their families and provide support when needed.
- BA in a related field preferred but not required.
- Proficient in PC, Microsoft Word, Excel
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate productively with other team members.
- Be punctual; possess good communication skills; work well collaboratively with supervisors, management, and colleagues.
Program Hours: We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and will be 9am - 5pm or 11am - 7pm. Fridays will be 9am - 5pm
