What You'll DoAs a Production Associate, you'll play an essential role in producing the fresh juices, smoothies, plant-based meals, and other products our customers love.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare, assemble, package, and label products according to company standards
- Follow recipes and production procedures accurately
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with ingredient preparation, batching, packaging, and palletizing
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment
- Monitor product quality and report any concerns immediately
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours when production demands require
- Previous food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or kitchen experience preferred

Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – Work Complete
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
