Who We're Seeking:

A visionary VP of Product to join the leadership team and help build a world-class consumer brand and drive innovation that leads to impact. As a leader, you will distill complex problems into operational steps that advance our product vision and strategy, and ultimately, deliver a rich experience our customers will love.

You will build partnerships across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Business Development, Data Science and Customer Service and foster an environment of accountability and empowerment while ensuring meaningful, quantifiable consumer outcomes.

Key Attributes: 

  • Leadership. You have a strong track record leading Product teams and inspire the people that work for you to execute flawlessly against both the long-term product vision and current priorities.
  • Consumer-first. You have built world-class consumer experiences from concept to launch, developed new e-commerce product strategies that drive growth, engagement, and monetization.
  • Growth Mentality. You are passionate about understanding consumer behavior and the deeper underlying reasons why consumers do what they do, leveraging this knowledge to bring new ideas to the team and learn from failures and successes.
  • Leverage Data. You will use your strong technical and analytical background to exhibit sound product judgement. Your understanding of data and consumer behavior will activate deeper engagement and improve business metrics such as product satisfaction and customer lifetime value.
  • Communication. You posses great communication skills including the ability to translate between highly technical engineers and the broader organization.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • You have 10+ years experience in product management with a demonstrated history of defining great customer experiences
  • You have exceptional strategic, visionary, analytical and quantitative skills
  • You have been responsible for funnel engagement and user retention metrics and revenue generation
  • You have strong e-commerce or D2C experience
  • You have the proven ability and desire to engage with customers, get to root understanding of their needs, and translate them clearly and articulately into the Product development process
  • You take your work seriously but not yourself

Location

The office is located in Marina del Rey with easy access to plenty of restaurants. We are close to LAX, beaches and Marina.
