Who We Are Seeking:

Our ideal Senior Product Manager puts the customer first, isn’t afraid to challenge assumptions, can look ahead to where we need to be to delight our users, and can collaborate with our team to get it done. In this role, you will help Omaze to scale our UK market. You will partner with the Director of International, engineering and design to help us build a localized, scalable product that will set the foundation for our growing business and markets to come. You will connect participants to the impact of their donations and the dream of life-changing prizes we offer, and you will be at the forefront of scaling charitable donations to causes in need around the world by helping us expand Omaze to new markets.

What You’ll Do:

In the first month you’ll…

  • Partner with your pod/team to get up to speed on what they’re working on, key milestones, and background
  • Onboard to development and familiarize yourself with your peers on the development team
  • Work with the Director and VP of product to understand our product vision for international and with our CTO to understand our technical vision
  • Familiarize yourself with current Omaze International and US customer journeys across all touchpoints and key user flows

In the first 6 months you’ll...

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to help manage our UK product and to help build out our SDLC for this product
  • Work closely with other development teams to ensure that dependencies are managed and requirements are clear between teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that your team’s roadmap meets business needs and moves our platform forward
  • Work with the product team to define what’s next for the international product
  • Partner with Customer Insights and Product Design to define user research needed to validate hypothesis and inform priorities for the customer experience

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • There’s no magic number, but approximately 5 years of professional experience in product management or comparable combination of product experience and general management
  • Curious, with an insatiable hunger for continuous learning and knowledge-sharing
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and building a product that is defining a new industry vertical
  • An eye for design and a creative problem solver
  • A strong systems thinker 

Bonus points for:

  • Experience building internal tools and working with internal customers
  • Experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., fintech, healthcare, etc)

Location

The office is located in Marina del Rey with easy access to plenty of restaurants. We are close to LAX, beaches and Marina.
