ServiceTitan is looking for a world-class Senior Product Manager who has experience in scaling and expanding products to newer markets and taking products from zero to one. This Senior Product Manager will be tasked with building strong relationships with invested stakeholders, executives, and external partners to drive product strategy and execution. The product focus area for this role will be centered around the product and market expansion of our payment services, while also having the opportunity to build a strategy and early roadmap for our new leasing product line. This impactful role requires strong and proactive leadership, the ability to independently drive large cross-functional product initiatives, build and manage strong partner relationships, and collaborate with the larger fintech team across product, design, and engineering.
Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute the strategic vision for payments and leasing
  • Independently execute across all areas of the product life cycle (research, concept, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption)
  • Proactively surface and resolve conflicts/bottlenecks
  • Partner with business development and fintech operations around fintech partnerships
  • Build strong working relationships with developers, designers, UX researchers, business development managers, leaders across all departments, and external strategic partner counterparts (project managers, IT personnel)
  • Engage closely with our customers and strategic partners to understand current processes and needs and translate them into product capabilities
  • Leverage business and product analytics to release impactful experiences
  • Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert in customer, prospect, and strategic partner meetings
  • Drive success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating effective GTM launch plans and with enablement managers in creating training plans


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of overall professional experience; at least 3 years in a product management role preferably in B2B SaaS building and growing API-driven products
  • Experience working with external/strategic partners on complex integrations
  • A plus if you have experience working with the trades or in a vertical-saas company
  • Experience building in payments and/or a different fintech product line (ex: B2B lending)
  • Excellent technical acumen, curiosity, familiarity, and aptitude with APIs and microservices architecture
  • Skilled communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences, and ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, go-to-market, and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically, to synthesize data and draw insights, formulate scope and requirements, and validate hypotheses based on data
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities and maintain close attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and agency to get the job done

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $113,000 - $162,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
