Product Manager, Cloud Financials

ServiceTitan is looking for a Product Manager to join our Cloud Financials Product team. The Cloud Financials product team is focused on delivering delightful accounting products that help our users effectively manage their purchasing, inventory and financial processes. We are looking for someone with a strong analytical background and has experience gathering and transforming customer’s business requirements into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of accounting principles and a strong desire to build software products.

What you'll do

• Own the product vision for Inventory Management
• Work with clients and 3rd party partners in assessing needs, defining requirements and obtaining sign-off
• Manage backlog of features and enhancements for clients and communicate timing and status to internal teams and customers
• Primary liaison between the product team and internal teams (support, success, onboarding) to identify product gaps, offer creative workarounds/solutions, develop requirements, and communicate roadmap
• Demo new features to prospects and customers, organize internal and external feedback, manage beta releases
• Collaborate with the QA team on prioritizing product defects/bugs and providing guidance to the development team on expected behavior
• Perform user acceptance testing for new features and collaborate with the training team on documentation efforts
• Engage closely with our customers to understand their accounting, inventory and purchasing processes to translate those into product capabilities
• Collaborate closely with the product design and engineering teams to deliver an extraordinary product experience
• Drive success and adoption of your products by working closely with product marketing managers in creating internal and external launch plans

What you'll need

• 1-2 years experience in a product management role (ideally within inventory management, cloud financials and accounting)
• 4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and accounting systems (QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, etc.)
• Gathering and transforming business requirements into functional product specifications
• Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities
• Prior cloud computing / SaaS experience is a plus
• Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum is a plus
