Product Manager, AR Games

We’re looking for an AR Game Product Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Lens Team, you will build the strategy to reach the product goals, explore users’ behavior and needs, analyze data, identify trends, measure impact, and drive wide-scale product implementation and rollout. Working from our Los Angeles headquarters, you’ll collaborate with the wider Camera Platform, Product team, Design and Data Science teams.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with AR designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to analyze patterns and trends and identify new opportunities for growth
Develop and prioritize new strategies, product initiatives, and programs
Create and manage a feature backlog and drive roadmap planning
Work with Engineering, Data Science and Design teams to build, test, and ship product experiments
Closely monitor and measure results
Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations
Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to communicate strategy and the results of analyses clearly and effectively
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Experience collaborating with Art and Engineering departments (understanding technical specifics)
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company
Experience performing product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of product management, marketing, and/or strategy experience at a consumer technology company
OR
6+ years of product management, marketing, and/or strategy experience at a consumer technology company
Preferred qualifications:
Passionate about Snapchat, Lenses, Snappables, and immersive technology
Passion for games, an understanding of the industry and the knowledge of what makes great interactive entertainment
Knowledge AR and/or VR technologies
Flexible team player with strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
Familiarity with SQL,
