Product Manager, Ads API

We’re looking for a Product Manager to scale & build the next-generation of Snapchat’s Marketing API platform and services. As a member of the Monetization organization and a critical part of our monetization platform you will be at the center of all new monetization features; forging the data model and APIs for our Ads interfaces, maintaining the source of truth for Ads data to downstream systems, and enabling our ecosystem of API partners to grow their business on Snapchat. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and other product managers across the organization. You will also collaborate with sales, partnerships, and product marketers to help devise the go-to-market & growth strategies in different markets around the world.
What you'll do:
Develop goals, strategy and roadmaps for Snapchat’s Marketing API
Drive cross-functional conversations and alignment around the data model and API interface for all new Monetization features.
Work closely with the engineering & data science teams to drive day-to-day execution against OKRs
Communicate and collaborate our partnerships team and external API partners
Closely monitor and measure results of all product and feature improvements
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
A team player who can collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates
Define and analyze success metrics and input metrics for a large organization
Expertise in system design and scalable architectures
Think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
3-5 years of experience in a product development or strategy-oriented field, such as product management, product marketing, product/corporate strategy, or data science/analytics, at a technology company
Preferred Qualifications:
Ads, Adtech, DSP or Programmatic buying experience
Experience building and managing large data sets, BigTable, BigQuery, and SQL
Experience building large scale platforms and client-facing APIs & experiences
Ability to execute against defined objectives and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
A team player who can collaborate with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams
Prior experience working on product growth at a consumer technology company
A passion for Snapchat and creative problem solving!
