We’re looking for a User Acquisition Growth Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Growth team, you will help grow our user acquisition program through a variety of paid channels. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you'll build, track, and optimize campaigns. You'll continuously test into new channels to diversify Snap’s acquisition mix. As an experienced performance marketer, you must have strong analytical skills and detail orientation. You’ll collaborate with our marketing, design, product, and data science teams to build a scalable user acquisition program at Snap.
What you’ll do:
Efficiently drive new user acquisition via paid campaigns
Build, optimize, and scale campaigns across a variety of partners and channels (search, display, video)
Identify, explore, and prioritize new acquisition marketing and growth opportunities
Keep daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reporting to keep the team up to speed on active campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new ad creative
Ideate and execute A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance
Partner with data science colleagues to deeply understand paid user engagement
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to analyze performance, provide insights, and proactively suggest campaign improvements to improve performance and customer lifetime value
Ability to influence & partner with key internal stakeholder teams: senior leadership, product, design, brand marketing, and finance to ensure shared vision and drive initiatives forward
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
A team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting to and communicating with senior leadership
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of experience in performance marketing or a quantitative role (e.g., data, finance, strategy consulting) with a focus in technology or social media
Expertise in Excel and familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Tableau)
Experience building a user acquisition program from the ground up
Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaign across a variety of partners, countries, and channels (search, display, video, social, influencer)
Experience partnering with external agencies to design and optimize creative across channels and countries
